2nd Annual Lebowski Fest Weekend Itinerary
Friday July 18th, 2003
10:00 PM - Pre-party at the Back Door (Mid City Mall
- The Back Door -1250 Bardstown Rd)
Enjoy some pre-show beverages before the midnight screening of the
film. Conveniently located right next door to the movie theater!
No cover and there will be a special on White Russians.
Midnight - Screening of the film with Jeff "The Dude"
Dowd (Mid City Mall - Baxter Avenue Theaters - 1250 Bardstown
Rd)
A midnight screening of the film with an introduction from Jeff
"The Dude" Dowd. We may get some Achievers to act
out some scenes in front of the theater like the Rocky Horror
Picture Show. There will be some giveaways thanks to our friends
at Wild and
Woolly Video. Tickets are $8 and will be available online soon.
Saturday July 19th, 2003
Noon - Lebowski Fest Renegade Motorcade Parade (Holiday
Inn Parking Lot - 3255 Bardstown Road)
Rally at the Holiday Inn for an impromtu parade. The parade will
be led by the Lebowski Mobile.
Decorate your vehicle accordingly.
2:00 PM - Lebowski Fest Pool Party (Holiday Inn Holidome)
Yes, you read it correctly the Holidome pool will be filled with
passed out Nihilists, floating bottles, and Bunny blowing her toenails
dry by the pool. You're not blowing...
4:00 PM- Forum meet and greet (Holiday Inn
Bar)
All of the achievers from the discussion
forum can meet face to face and be completely shocked by what
everyone looks like.
6:30 PM- Ringer Toss (AMF Rose Bowl Parking Lot - 2217
Goldsmith Ln)
The Lebowski Mobile will be parked at the Rose Bowl with the
ringer. It will be filled with undies - "the whites".
The closest to the spot wins the ringer toss. Something to keep
the Achievers entertained while they wait for the doors to open.

Rose Bowl - 2217 Goldsmith Ln)
The main event!
- Unlimted Bowling and Free Shoe Rental
- Celebrity appearance by Jeff "The
Dude" Dowd
- Big Lebowski Costume Contest
- White Russians, Sarsaparillas, and Oat Sodas
- Trivia, Farthest Traveled, and Bowling Contests
- What-Have-You
This event may very well sell out so if you are coming from out
of town, please make sure you buy your tickets in advance. There also
may not be enough room for everybody to bowl at once, so if you have
your heart set on bowling, please get there early.
2:00 AM Rose Bowl Doors Close - let the after parties commence...

Lebowski Fest recovery brunch with The Dude (Lynn's Paradise
Cafe - 984 Barret Ave.)
Noon - enjoy some "Pigs in ze Blanket" and "Lingonberry
Pancakes" courtesy of Louisville's funkiest restaurant, Lynn's
Paradise Cafe. The Dude will be in to wrap up the Lebowski Fest
weekend.
