Contests
The contests will be Costume, Trivia, Highest Bowler, Farthest and
Hardest Traveled. Custom engraved bowling trophies will be awarded
for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Costume Contest
Costumes will be judged by judges walking thru the crowd. Overall
best costumes will be awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies.
Best Dude, Jesus, and Walter will have a sudden death, one-frame
bowl-off for the bowling pin above.
Trivia Contest
1st round trivia will be handed out as you enter the bowling alley.
It will have multiple choice questions and a few write-ins. This
must be turned in at the ground floor bowling desk by 9:15 PM. Out
of all the 100% correct 1st round entries, 20 will be drawn to advance
to Round 2.
Round 2 will be another multiple choice test. Three finalist will
advance to round 3 which will be verbal and written. In case of
more than three winners in round 2, three finalists will be randomly
drawn to advance.
Highest Bowler
This has nothing to do with how many Js you do. Top three highest
bowling scores must be turned in by 11:15 PM at the ground floor
bowling desk.
Farthest/Hardest Traveled
Farthest traveled will be actual distance traveled to get to the
event. Proof must be shown - drivers license and plane ticket receipt
for example.
Hardest traveled will be the best story about hardships getting
to the event. Judges have the final say.
